Valet Parking Attendant

Job Description

TAG-B Group is seeking conscientious individuals with excellent driving skills for our Valet Attendant positions. We are currently hiring both full-time and part-time valet attendants for morning, evening or overnight shifts:

Monday-Friday 6am-2pm
Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm
Monday-Friday 10pm-6am
Saturday-Sunday 6am-2pm
Saturday-Sunday 2pm-10pm
Saturday-Sunday 10pm-6am

Must-have Qualifications

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Clean driving record with no negative points or major violations in the past 5 years
Ability to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written)

Ability to drive manual transmission (stick shift) vehicles preferred

Valet experience preferred

Job Duties

Drive, park and retrieve customer vehicles in a safe and courteous manner.

Assist customers in and out of their vehicles.

Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and mark tickets of findings.

Communicate with customers about valet rate, and respond to customer questions in a prompt and courteous manner.

Have a thorough knowledge of the major streets, landmarks and freeways in the area of the lot to be able to provide customer directions to customers to various locations in the area, if needed.

Arrive on time for all scheduled shifts.

Maintain a neat and clean appearance and comply with uniform requirements at all times when on duty.

Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to Supervisors, the Facility Manager and/or the Senior Manager.

Observe all traffic laws and safe driving practices.

Assist Supervisors and Managers with additional duties, as assigned.
