Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to join our team as a Parking Enforcement Officer. As a Parking Enforcement Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with parking regulations and maintaining orderly parking within designated areas. Your primary responsibility will be to enforce parking regulations, issue citations, and provide assistance to motorists when necessary.


– Patrol assigned parking areas to monitor compliance with parking regulations
– Issue citations and warnings to vehicles parked in violation of parking regulations
– Provide information and assistance to motorists regarding parking rules and regulations
– Respond to inquiries and complaints from the public regarding parking enforcement matters
– Maintain accurate records of citations issued, warnings given, and vehicles towed
– Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary
– Attend training sessions and stay updated on parking regulations and procedures
– Ensure the safety and security of parking facilities.


– High school diploma or equivalent
– Excellent attention to detail and observational skills
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills
– Ability to handle difficult and confrontational situations with professionalism and tact
– Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld devices for issuing citations
– Physical fitness to patrol and walk for extended periods of time
– Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
– Knowledge of local parking regulations and traffic laws (preferred)
